CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do not show up to a scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your visit total with no option to use as a credit depending on the circumstance. If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will still be charged 100% of your visit total. You will be given a chance to use the fee as a credit if you reschedule within 7 days. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we will reschedule and you will be treated as if you missed your scheduled appointment. If you miss two scheduled appointments you will be required to message me for all future appointments. If you miss three scheduled appointments you will be blocked from booking. Communication is key!

I'm the owner of Charmed Wax and I am beyond honored for you to be here. We are excited so to be the ones to take you on a smooth skin adventure. I have been in beauty since 2010 and actually started out in hair! I have been a facial and full body wax expert for ten years and was a wax trainer for a huge franchise for seven years. Not only did I train new wax specialists for several locations, I also trained the trainers! Being a cosmetologist, I have figured out ways to wax all skin and hair.
